CRM Dinilai Percepat Respon Aduan Masyarakat

Crop App Upgraded to CRM

The city administration is upgrading the Public Opinion Quick Response (CROP) application to Citizen Relation Management (CRM).

CRM has a more complete feature than CROP, making it easier to monitor reports

Jakarta Governance Bureau Head, Premi Lasari disclosed, application upgrading is aimed to assist and facilitate coordination between regional head with SKPD in finishing public reports via qlue.

City Government Apparatus Must Have CROP

"CRM has a more complete feature than CROP, making it easier to monitor reports," he expressed, Wednesday (9/6).

He explained, the CRM application has coordination features. That means when regional head gets a report and does disposition, which is the authority of the SKPD, the regional head indicator will turn into blue, and SKPD will turn into red.

"If SKPD has followed up the public report, there will be an assessment or points for the related SKPD. Whereas, the response indicator in the regional head will turn into green.

He added, technical guidance (bimtek) and CRM simulations continue to run in five cities and Seribu Islands.

"Bimtek continues to be done, and now it is being tested in Central Jakarta. We hope this improvement can improve public service," he closed.
